Jiu-Jitsu basics
Simple takedowns, passes, escapes, positions, and safe partner drills.

Ages 4–5
Age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu that builds coordination, discipline, confidence, and respect through structured fun.
Strong foundations start early
Our Little Ninjas program is designed specifically for children ages 4 to 5 and serves as the bridge between our Tiny’s Jiu-Jitsu program and our Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes. As students grow, so does the structure of their training, helping them prepare for the next level both on and off the mats.
Classes focus on fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques, basic takedowns, movement, coordination, balance, and teamwork while introducing greater discipline, focus, and the ability to follow multi-step instruction. Students begin learning the habits and routines that will help them transition confidently into our Kids program.
Beyond Jiu-Jitsu, this program helps prepare children for school and everyday life by building confidence, respect, self-control, listening skills, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Whether they choose to compete, continue training for years to come, or simply become more confident in themselves, Little Ninjas provides the foundation for a lifetime of success.
At One Revolution Jiu-Jitsu, we believe the best time to build confidence, character, and great habits is while they’re still little.
